## My Guiding Values

### These are the virtues I live by.

They begin with **Awareness**, the foundation of all growth, and rise step by step toward **Impact & Legacy**. Each layer builds on the one before it, creating a pathway for how I choose to live, lead, and contribute.

- Awareness — The beginning of growth. To notice deeply—ourselves, others, and the world around us. Awareness brings presence, clarity, and conscious choice.
- Respect — The foundation for everything. It starts with how we treat ourselves, and extends to how we honour others and their place in the world.
- Honesty — Integrity in word and action. To speak plainly, admit truth, and deliver on promises.
- Commitment — Reliability through presence and perseverance. To show up, stay the course, and take responsibility.
- Enthusiasm — Energy rooted in belief and purpose. To bring life, light, and genuine engagement to what we do.
- Compassion — Strength with understanding. To care with empathy, guide without pity, and stand beside others in both struggle and growth.
- Cheerfulness — Calm optimism that steadies us when seas are rough. To find joy, share hope, and lift the spirits of those around us.
- Wisdom — Grown through experience, humility, and listening. It’s not knowing everything—it’s discerning what truly matters and acting on it.
- Freedom / Personal Sovereignty — Clarity to act with integrity, to choose response over reaction, and to live and lead without ego.
- Impact & Legacy — To leave things better than we found them. To build something enduring that uplifts others and outlasts us.
